A small site, built by someone who has built the big ones.
You need a website. Getting one built professionally costs more than it should, and most of that cost is process you don't need at this size. I've spent twenty years building and running websites, most of them much larger than this. This is that experience at the small end, priced accordingly.
WHAT YOU GET
Three to five pages, live, and easy to own once it's yours. I'm not tied to any one platform. We use whatever is simplest for you to update yourself afterwards, without needing me.
HOW IT RUNS
A short brief first, agreed by both of us, so you know what you're getting before
anything is built. Then the build, styled to your brand, with your content
placed. Forms, mobile, search setup. Two rounds of changes. Then your domain
connected, and a handover that shows you how to run it.
WHAT IT COSTS
$2,500 plus GST, fixed
Half to start, half when it goes live.
The platform subscription is paid by you, directly to the provider, and stays in your name. Same with anything ongoing. I don't mark those up and I don't sit between you and them.
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
The words and the images. That's what decides the timeline. If you have them, the build runs about two to three weeks. If you'd rather I handled the writing and images, I can, but it's quoted separately.
IF IT'S BIGGER THAN THIS
Five pages is the small end, not the limit. Larger sites, more complex builds and the more interesting problems are all work I'd rather be doing. Tell me what you need and I'll quote it properly rather than stretch this.
